This is done by a special metabox added to the post/page editing screen.

There's no bulk settings, so the description, tags and keywords must be added to every page individually.

If nothing has been entered, the "Meta Tags fields" plugin extracts these from the page's content.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
